The fee for the retreat is 700 SEK per person. The same fee applies irrespective of whether you attend all days or just one. Children aged 5–15 years pay a reduced fee of 250 SEK, younger children are welcome free of charge.

If you would like to join us for the retreat, but have difficulty paying the full amount, we can arrange concessions or divide the payment for you to pay at a later date. Please note that the participation fee does not include costs for accommodation.

We have a limited number of places available at the retreat, and they will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. We kindly ask you to register as early as possible, in order to help us in the organisation of the retreat.

Included in the fee are meals throughout the retreat: a warm vegetarian lunch on Friday and Saturday, soup in the evenings, and brunch on Sunday. A self-service buffet with sandwiches, snacks, fruit and refreshments (tea, coffee, lemonade) is available for breakfast and during breaks throughout the day.

Feel free to contribute to the buffet table. Please note that we only serve vegetarian/vegan food. You also have the option to bring your own food, cooking facilities are available on the premises. The closest supermarket is 5 km away in Haverdal.

We run these days together. Everyone attending is warmly asked to lend a hand — a turn in the kitchen, serving or clearing a meal, or helping tidy our shared spaces. It keeps the fee as low as possible and is, in itself, part of the retreat. When you register, you’ll be able to tell us where you’d be happy to help.

All payments are made at the retreat.
